Outputs at a voltage of 1 to 5 V depending
on the incident light level (digital display). Applicable to position
control, height distinction, and a variety of other applications.

display. Use the Power Tuning function to make saturation and other
sensitivity adjustments with the press of a button.

High Speed, High Precision
Select the detection mode that best suits
the application. High speed response of 80 µs (super-high-speed mode)
enables use when high-speed positioning is required.

Stabilizing APC Function
The built-in APC function monitors and
